Will I really need maintenance each month?

Most "good" websites need at least an hour of maintenance and updates each month to maintain a site that is updated, fresh, relevant, search-engine friendly, and works well.

Does unused client time roll over?

Unused client time does not accrue or roll over into the next month. However, it is rare for a "good" website to need less than an hour of maintenance and updates each month.

Even if you don’t have any major changes, we will be working "behind the scenes" on things like testing, optimization, and other maintenance tasks to keep your website running smoothly.

How do you protect my files?

Onsite, we keep 2 copies of your files on separate hard drives in a secure, locked building.

As an extra precaution, an additional complete copy of all your files is kept on another backup drive at a secure location off premises in case of a fire or natural disaster.

Can you make my website rank higher in the search engines?

No. Actually, no company can honestly push your website higher on any search list other than by using a "paid" listing or fraudulent code.
